Dumping your old emotional hurts onto the new people that come into your life experiences is a sign that you carry your old emotional baggage with you. You might feel that emotional baggage is protecting you from getting hurt again, but it’s only hurting your present and the new relationships that come in to your life.
Life is supposed to be good. If you’re perceiving life’s problems bigger than you can manage, it’s because you allowed the monsters in your head to grow way out of control. Don’t worry; if you allowed them to grow, you also have the power to dissolve them. Doesn’t matter the reason that gets a person to consider suicide, it all comes down to be from a negative perception of life. But as long as they have life, they have all the power in the universe to change that perception.
Much of the pain and suffering we experience in this life is because we do not know how to let go; letting go of our jobs, letting go of relationships, letting go of our life stages, letting go of our deceased, and more. The sooner we learn to let go, the sooner we rid ourselves of extra energetic weight that’s pulling us down and keeping us in places we don’t want to be; and the sooner we begin to feel happier.
Once you understand the true significance of the word sin, you’ll realize there’s no way in hell you can’t sin. Although there are horrid actions humans can possibly perform to each other, I don’t want to go on that route at this time. I only want to go into the only route you have control over: your inner-self route.
For sure we all want to feel good in this life, but why do we ever get to a point when feeling bad feels good? The most common experience is when we hear a song that brings us sad memories and we keep listening. Or when we have a conversation about a sad experience and we keep talking about it, or we keep listening others talk about it. Once you understand why sometimes it feels good to feel bad then it’ll be easier for you to take control of your life.
Are you thinking too much? Are you giving too much thought to the same things? Or worse yet, are you constantly ruminating on negative feeling thought? If your answer is yes to any of these, then it’s time for you to get out of your head a bit. We are magnificent beings and our intention for being in this world is to use our minds to create great things that can help us experience a wonderful human life. So, get out of your head and get into your life more often.
When you’re depressed you feel there’s no hope of you getting out of that hole. But trust me when I say that it’s possible, because I lived it. Once you get out of depression, you’ll need to do all that you can do to stay out. Here are some ideas to show you how you can start, according to my experience.
Eat of this fruit and you will never be hungry. Eat of this fruit and you will never need anything more. Eat of this fruit and you will feel satisfied. Have you ever heard about this fruit? The fruit of the Holy Spirit, as called by Paul in the Bible, is the fruit we all intuitively yearn for but don’t know how to get it. I’ll show you how you can get it.
Two very famous people told us to change our thoughts and our life and world would be changed. I want to say it to you again, but I will also explain how you can do so. Norman Vincent Peale said “Change your thoughts and you change your world." Later, Dr. Wayne Dyer wrote a book titled “Change your thoughts - Change your life.” If you’re wondering how you can do this, I’ll explain it to you.
