As a result of what happened in Orlando, Florida, many people are scared, afraid and asking for help. Some judge, some understand, and some others do something to help. I want to help.
I want to do something small, but in great significance, and hopefully even life changing. I hope you join me in this endeavor to help heal humanity in this world, one person at a time.

The noise that keeps you scared
Too many networks broadcasting images and words of horror to your face is similar to you being in the center of a group of people who are telling you, screaming at you, all at the same time.
They are telling how bad life is, how terrible some people are, and how hopeless we all are… all day long. Any person in this situation will, of course, end up believing them. I don’t blame you; I used to do that too, but not anymore.
Life is more than that group of people. Life is better than what the media make you believe. Life is good.
Take Your Power Back
I want you to remember that you have the power and control in your hands to stop all that noise. Stop listening doesn’t make the events go away of course, but it certainly helps you feel better.
When you feel better you are in a powerful position where you are better able to help people affected by the events, directly and indirectly, and you’re also in a powerful position where you can help find solutions.
Stop allowing yourself to be afraid with what you see around you. Instead use your own power to decide when and where to watch the news, but above all what to watch and for how long.
These times are perfect to support you on that. You can choose what to watch and what not to watch. You decide in your life, not others. Don’t let them come and scare you. Don’t let them or anyone else, come and shake your inner foundation.

Why tragedy happens?
Now, why do events like the one in Orlando happened? We might never know the real reason, but for what I understand, see and feel, it seems that emotions, feelings and Self were being suppressed. That, in and of itself, is enough to make anyone want to break free.
Now imagine that combined with a strong sense and belief of powerlessness and hopelessness. That is a very powerful mix of suppressed energy that at one point or another will need to be released.
Some of us intuitively know and experience more peaceful releases than others, but when somebody is so far away from the Divine energy that already exists within them, nothing really matters –nothing, not their lives, not anybody else’s lives.
Put yourself first
Just like one person can negatively impact so many people in this world, so can one person positively impact so many people. That person can be you and me. I don’t want you to get overwhelmed; we don’t have to impact the entire world at once but one person at a time and we should begin with ourselves.
Begin with yourself. Treat yourself with care, talk to yourself positively, and think thoughts that only make you feel good. Yes, this is a great thing to do and no, it is not trying to escape from reality; it’s about reinforcing your inner core and coming out strong to help others in this world. You can only help positively when you are in a good positive internal place.
Imagine if the shooter in the Orlando nightclub would have done this during the time when his internal turmoil began brewing. We wouldn’t have to be talking about this subject right now because it would have never happened.
So, don’t underestimate the power of feeling good. Feeling good is the way to peace, love and freedom.

Healing One Person at a Time
So, where do you begin healing humanity? You begin with yourself first and then with the person next to you. Can be your child, your partner, your parent, your sibling, your neighbor, your client, your coworker -you get the idea. There is no need to travel to the other end of the world to help. You can begin right where you are; just make sure you begin with you.
Besides praying and joining forces with other people, here are some ideas of what you can do right now to begin finding inner relief for yourself and to guide others to it:
Remember, for any of this to work you need to stop the negative noise and images in front of you. Begin there and you will begin feeling better and ready to find healing.
Realize how powerful you are. Realize that there’s hope and that you have a better plan for your life than living in fear. Life is precious and it is meant to be enjoyed.
