Healthy Body for Life
Your body is working for you and not against you. It has intelligence and knows how to heal and restore itself—as long as you let it. Get to know the workings of your nervous system along with how your thoughts and emotions affect your body and learn what you can do to let it restore itself. You're also going to learn how to use the Harmony Scale to help you identify the emotions you are feeling when you are stressed out, and what to do to begin feeling better. The goal is that you feel that you have power over the dis-ease that affects your body.
