We are magnificent beings and our intention for being in this world is to use our minds to create great things that can help us experience a wonderful human life. Two very famous people told us to change our thoughts and our life and world would be changed. I want to say it to you again, but I will also explain how you can do so. Norman Vincent Peale said “Change your thoughts and you change your world." Later, Dr. Wayne Dyer wrote a book titled “Change your thoughts - Change your life.” If you’re wondering how you can do this, I’ll explain it to you.
We all have the option to be who we want to be, even at times when it seems to be the opposite. You can start by creating the best version of yourself and deliberately and intentionally choosing to become it, today. You have way more power over your life than you can ever imagine. Take back this power by creating the person you decide to be. Here I tell you how.
You keep seeing and hearing everywhere that the world is getting worse. But what do they mean by the world? Who is the world? We need to stop pretending the world is someone out there not close to us when in reality the world is you and me. The only way to make sure we have, and live, in a better world is if we become better human beings –kinder, calmer, and more patient; not only towards others but most importantly towards oneself.
Very often we speak and hear many negative feeling stories that adversely affect our inner energies, and very strongly. When we learn to recognize, stop, and step away from those stories, our lives begin to improve dramatically. Learn how negative stories and conversations affect your inner energy (vibe) and what to do to stop them so you maintain a positive inner energy (positive vibe).
We have the best intention to improve some area of our lives in the year that’s starting and for some reason the end goal seems to be so way out of reach, why is it that? Giving some thought to our New Year’s Resolutions and be prepared to do the work might just be what we need.
New Years are opportunities to begin again; opportunities to try again, to do it all over again; and opportunities to correct direction. Have you thought about what you're going to do this time? The thanksgiving season is normal for Americans to give thanks for an event that happened hundreds of years ago. But this year I want to ask you to not be grateful but to be appreciative instead. Of course we all want to be grateful of the awesome moments we’re now living in our lives and in this country. But sometimes being grateful, especially in your life, could be hurting you. This life you’re living right now, you chose it. You want what’s in it, who’s in it, and where you are right now. I know it’s hard to believe and accept that you chose your life and everything that’s in it. But, if you want to live a better life, you need to begin there.
