All of those walls you place around your heart to protect it from getting hurt again are actually preventing you from feeling and enjoying the good life. Those walls also prevent you from giving and feeling the love from people around you, and make you miss on many other good things in life. So, I believe you agree with me when I say that these energetic heart walls have to come down. Emotional hurts since childhoodWe all begin to experience emotional hurts since we are children. Some hurts we experience as children, and also as adults, can be:
Each one of these circumstances brought with them a sense of assault that caused us to feel a strong charge of emotional hurt, pain or even emotional trauma. Little by little we were accumulating more and more of those layers of hurt until they began creating problems for us in a very subtle, yet very damaging ways. The big wall around your heart At the moment we feel the sting of emotional pain we unconsciously place a wall around our heart to stop feeling that particular hurt. It’s a natural reaction; like a reflex. We think this wall around our heart will prevents us from feeling emotional hurts ever again. But we don’t know that what we’re actually doing is enclosing that emotional hurt that we just felt and not letting it go. In our effort to not want to feel emotional hurts we’re actually trapping those hurts in our hearts, minds, and bodies one at the time. It’s like closing the door right after the negative feeling emotions come in and have them join the other ones that have been there from previous experiences. How’s that for insanity? As the heart stores and stores more negative emotions, little by little it begins to dim its light until we begin to feel powerless, hopeless, depressed and even numb to any feelings -positive or negative. Other consequences of having a wall around our hearts are physical pain in the body, material wealth and money blockages, and other blockages that prevent you to have a positive perspective in life. This wall around your heart it’s not serving you and it will benefit you greatly to get rid of it. By the way, 93% of all people have a Heart-Wall. Letting the walls come down When you begin to notice that those stored emotional pains are getting in your way to enjoy life it’s because you no longer need them and it’s time to bring that thick wall down. It’s like your awareness of that pain makes it time for the wall around your heart to be removed. There are many emotional healing methods out there but the one I found and worked wonders for me was the Emotion Code method created by Dr. Bradley Nelson. This method helped me tremendously that I decided to learn more about it until I became certified. There’s a tremendous life improvement after removing your heart wall and other negative energies stored in your body. Once they’re removed, you may also:
By releasing trapped emotions and removing Heart-Walls, I’ve seen cases of severe depression eliminated, marriages saved, abuse stopped, lives turned around, loving relationships begun, better choices made, and peace restored.” –Bradley Nelson Imagine that every time your heart has been broken you placed an energetic wall around it to protect it from feeling hurt again. This means that by now you should have a very thick wall preventing you from feeling negative and positive emotions alike. That must definitely not let you enjoy life. Bring it down then!
