Connected through one feeling
Unconditional love is when you love someone without any conditions; without strings attached. This kind of love is mostly felt for your children. Doesn’t matter what they do, don’t do or will ever do, you still love them the same.
You have seen samples of unconditional love all around the globe now that video is available to everyone. For example you see a group of people trying to get a man from under a car after being hit. None of the people helping care who the man under the car is, where he is from, what his income is, what his career is, or what has he done or will ever do during his lifetime. There are no conditions for them to want to help this man. They just feel this connection to this living being so strong that they’re willing to help and protect his life, sometimes even by risking their own.
That definitely is unconditional love. This is how we are all connected. We’re all working together to keep us safe and alive, and we want it that way. We want to be connected, we need to be connected.
Connected through hopes, desires and actions
It is through our interaction and experience with other people what makes us have hope, is what makes us identify desires, and is what helps us make them a reality.
Have you seen a person so happy and empowered that you wish you’d feel that way too? In that moment you begin to hope to feel that way, and then it becomes a desire. Had that person not acted that way, had you not seen that person, had you not felt that connection, you would not have had the desire to improve how you feel. Do you see how we are all connected?
Somebody else’s actions are always impacting us and that makes us stay connected. I’m sure you’ve also felt this connection through a book, a story, a song, a painting, etc. So, how are you impacting others? What are you doing to positively impact others? The best way to positively impact others is through our energetic connection.
Connected through energy
The way you feel, your vibe, is felt by others. Just like you feel the energy when a person is very positive, you can also feel when a person is very negative. They don’t need to say much for you to feel that energy. They don’t even need to say anything at all in some cases for you to feel it. You just feel their vibe; their energy.
A person needs to have their own inner center so strong and grounded to not be affected by other people’s positive and negative emotions. Yes, positive emotions are contagious. For instance, if you see someone laughing at loud you begin to laugh as well without even knowing what caused the laugh in the first place. Maybe even thinking about it brings a smile to your face right now.
Negative emotions are also contagious. Someone might be so angry at another person, or at yourself, that you also begin to feel that emotion of anger, and maybe even some fear as well. You might have witnessed this at a hotel desk, in a restaurant, waiting in life for a service, in traffic, in revolts, you name it. Anywhere where people can go, there you can witness it. The same is true for positive emotions.
Emotions are contagious. We've all known it experientially. You know after you have a really fun coffee with a friend, you feel good. When you have a rude clerk in a store, you walk away feeling bad.” – Daniel Goleman
Begin by taking care of your inner energy and by learning to love yourself more. Then, little by little, learn to love others unconditionally; learn to love without conditions. You can do it.
You don’t have to go out in the world to do this, begin in your inner circle. Begin at home with your children, partner, relatives, then extend to your work, school or business. Don’t try to make it more difficult that it is; it really is that simple. Don’t think you can do it alone? I can help you.
